Welcome, my name is Claudia, I’m a Chinese girl who operates as private proxy and I have been doing this service for 3 and a half years.
I help to buy official goods, asian beauty dress & make up from China or Japan via Taobao/Bilibili and send them to you at affordable prices.
I live in both countries so I have my own warehouse in China (QingTian) and Italy (Milan).
The process is long and tedious and takes time and effort since I don't operate as a company, I'm the only one to manage everything.
Please note that all orders arrive from China/Japan, the goods need time from pre order to release and delivery before can reach you.

💸•The first transaction will include the following: cost of the item and the currency exchange from € to ¥ with my commission.
• The second transaction will include the following: all shipping costs from the country of origin to me and international shipping cost to you, and a handling fee to cover the packaging materials.
In Deposit transactions: pre-order with deposit due to the nature of the order in question, there may be three payments. It will be indicated in the list if this is the case. The deposit is generally non-refundable, no matter you pay the rest or not.
Product prices on the quotes and on posts do not include shipping costs.
Shipping costs charges will be calculated based on the weight, size, volume and destination of the item.
Note:
-If you are buying a book, keep in mind that the books are heavy, so shipping will be expensive. Please expect the shipping costs to be higher than the amount of the book or the set of books itself.
-The 30/40/65cm dolls are large and will not be consolidated with any other order. Depending on the packaging, please expect 4-10kg of volumetric weight. Shipping will be expensive.
-Import of liquid as perfumes will be limited and expensive due all countries restrictions, shipping will be higher than normal shipping.
Payment methods I accept::Currency I accept: € euro or RMB• Via Paypal: friends and family, I will ask from €1 to €3 more to cover the mandatory rate that the app sets to move money.
• Via bank transfer: with instant I ask €0.5 more to cover the commission that is taken from my bank;
I wait for the arrival of the payment before proceeding with the purchase.If you can't accept that I have to pay the fee to move and change the money from € to ¥ don't buy.

We offer the following delivery methods
Private courier: Ups, Brt, etc.,local mail, SDA and vinted couriers. Delivery time from 3 to 5 days.• Poste delivery express ita: 1-2 working days, tracking, delivery notice via sms, 2 delivery attempts, delivery from Tuesday to Friday;
• Poste delivery europe: 5g working days, tracking, email delivery notice, delivery from Tuesday to Friday;
• Vinted courier: 1 working week, tracking, additional costs of the app that I do not cover;
• Ups express: 3-4g working days, tracking, 1 delivery attempt or storage in ups point, delivery notice via email
• Gls/Brt: 3-4 working days, tracking, 1 delivery attemptAny lost package is the responsibility of the courier and any claim must be addressed to Poste italiane/Vinted/Ups/Gls/Brt.!!
Taobaoshop is not responsible for any deliveries lost or rescheduled by couriers.
If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you do not receive your product, or "In delivery" but then returns to processing, you must contact the courier and file a complaint with them.
Make sure you have entered the correct shipping address.
If the package or tracking has been rejected due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be asked to pay the shipping fee to reship the package.
However, I will do my best to keep it under control via tracking and in the first cases of problem I will try to intervene where possible to recover the lost or damaged package and request insurance by sending us a request for investigation for lost package before proceeding with compensation.

I have never pressured new or recurring buyers to buy from me. In fact, I'm available to help people get the merchandise even if it doesn't come from me.
Don't feel guilty about refusing my quote if you decide to choose another proxy that is within your financial capabilities.
However, a response to the estimates would be appreciated, disappearing without answering after asking for estimates is rude.

Q: How does pre-order work?A: Pre-orders have a longer waiting time.
Please make sure to the end that you can wait the required waiting time from release,
I am not the manufacturer, so the release date is not up to me.Pre-orders are automatically processed at the time of purchase to reserve the item for your order. All pre-order items will not be shipped until the pre-order item is released here in China, which may take several months after you paid. Once the pre-order item(s) are released and arrive at our warehouse, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for me to organize all the items and ship them out!
I will try to expedite the process to the best of my abilities, but please do not purchase if you are uncomfortable with long waits.

Q: Why are your prices higher than the retail price on Taobao?A: Prices are marked to cover currency conversion, currency exchange fees, and my time and effort in arranging and handling orders. I can't offer a free service. You are paying for my time and effort and materials

Q: Can I cancel my order?A: I do not accept cancellations or refund requests if you are impatient when your order has already been shipped!!!I do accept refunds for out of stock items or If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, excluding any third party payment fees, only if your order has not yet been processed.

I’m NOT the manufacturerThe damage depends largely on how well the original store makes the goods and packages the parcel!
Most, if not all, whether from Japan or China, your orders are sent from the stores to my warehouse in China, then from the warehouse in China to the warehouse in Italy-to you.
During these journeys, default damages can happen to the goods that, unfortunately, I am not able to explain. Once it arrives to me, I promise to pack it well and carefully if it was not packaged correctly. However, I am not able to compensate for any original manufacturing errors and/or damages due to non-fulfilment caused during the journey, either from the warehouse to me, or from me to you. (eg scratches, cuts, stains, parts that do not work etc ... I take no responsibility for any of this).
If you don't like the quality, it's not Taobaoshop's responsibility, because I only help you buy for you.If you are a perfectionist who can't bear any kind of default damage on your items, please DO NOT order.
